Apple Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

*Ingredients

Oat Cortex/Graham:
Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
Graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup
quarter cup rolled oats
One-half Melted Butter Cup

+Cheesecake:

Soft cream cheese weighing 8 ounces.
Corn starch, 2 tablespoons
Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
White Sugar Cup, 1/4
Ginger, 1/8 teaspoon
2-tablespoons of vanilla extract
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Plus Apple Crisp Topping:
For all applications, use 1/4 cup of flour.
Oats, rolled, 14 cup.
Brown sugar, 1/4 cup
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
2.b.spoons of coconut oil
°2 peeled and thinly sliced medium-sized apple
Methods :
the oven to 350 degrees.
Graham cracker crumbs, cabbage oats, melted butter, and brown sugar should all be combined in a mixing dish.
9 to 10 inches of the springform pan’s bottom should be pressed in.

Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool.

Meanwhile, in an electric mixer bowl, mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cornstarch and vanilla.
Once well combined, pour over the cracking/oatmeal crust of Graham.
To start your apple layer, arrange thin apple slices over the cheesecake in one layer.
Top with Apple Crisp Topping. Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.
Once cooking is finished, cool for 15 minutes, then refrigerate overnight
