°1 pound peels potatoes, they are turned on or off as preferred
°1 C 2% milk
° 2 teaspoon low fat cream cheese
°1 C grated Parmesan cheese
° 3 garlic lobes, chopped
°2 tbsp green onion, cut into cubes
°Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the potatoes into large pieces and place them in a saucepan with boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes or until potatoes flake with a fork. When the potatoes are cooked, pour the milk/cream cheese and garlic into a saucepan and simmer until the cream cheese dissolves and the sauce boils. Once it boils, close the stove. When potatoes are cooked, filtered and mashed, leaving as many potatoes as you want.
Mix the sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Serve warm.
