Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup Made In the Crockpot
ingredients :
4 to 6 L yellow potatoes, cutting to cube
1/2 L onion, diced
2 clove garlic
2 can Cream Mushroom
500 ml chicken broth
Salt & Pepper
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C cook bacon, crumbl
1/2 C grated sharp cheese
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped green onion
Steps :
Place potatoes, onions, garlic, soup, and chicken broth in a 3.8 to 4.7 L (4 to 5 L) slow cooker.
Covering & cooking 4 to 6 h on high or 6 to 8 h on low heat.
Serving with sour cream, bacon, green onions & cheese.
