Ingredients:
1  cup whole milk warm
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp butter melted
1 large egg room temperature
1 ½ tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp butter melted, to brush

Instructions:
Mix warm milk, active dry yeast and sugar and let sit for 3-5 minutes until it starts to bubble.

Add melted butter, 1 egg, salt, and half of the flour.
Using a dough attachment, mix it up.
Then gradually add the rest of the flour, mixing.  Knead for about 5 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp olive oil and grease the dough fro all sides.
Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let it rise for about 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size.

Grease a baking pan.
Cut the dough in 12 equal pieces and roll them into a ball shape.
Place them in a baking pan, leaving some space in between.
Cover with a clean towel and let rise for 1 more hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes.
Brush the rolls with melted butter.
