Pineapple Juice Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 large eggs
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Step1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-baking dish.
Step2: Mix together flour, white sugar, and baking soda for cake in a large bowl and make a well in the center. Add eggs, crushed pineapple with juice, and vanilla; mix until well-combined. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Step3: Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
Step4: Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and butter for frosting in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth. Add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
Step5: Spread frosting on warm cake.
