INGREDIENTS :

four  potatoes

one  onion

one chicken stock cube

two c. oil soup

one large glass of milk

two servings of cheese

salt

pepper

Methods  :
1.
Peel the onion and the potatoes.
2.
In a pot, sauté the thinly sliced onion with oil.
3.
Add the diced potatoes.
4.
Add the salt and the stock cube.
5.
Cover with water and simmer.
6.
Add the pieces of cheese and mix everything.
7.
Pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
