Swivels of fried cocoa

70ml of sugar (0.3 cup) 
10g vanilla oil 
450g sugar (3.6 cups) 
flour (all purpose) (all purpose)
170ml (0.7 cup) (0.7 cup) 
10g baking soda, 10g water
15 grams of cocoa
Method :

Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil and stir. Add water, flour and baking powder to the mixture.
Knead the dough. Divide into 2 parts. Add cocoa to 1 part and knead. Roll out 2 cakes.
Put one cake on top of the other and wrap the roll. Cut the roll with thread. Fry in a lot of oil.
