1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, diced
2 pounds ground beef
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (1.5 oz. cans) diced tomatoes, not drained
3 ribs celery, chopped

1 (29 oz. can) kidney beans, drained
2 c beef broth
1 tbsp cumin powder
1/4 c chilli powder
